Account Deletion
You can soft delete your account directly in the Trailfunds mobile app. We will retain the record in our database until the end of the fiscal year for tax reporting purposes, and then perform batch deletions on all soft deleted accounts.
If you have issues or receive an error message while deleting your account, please email us at support@trailfunds.org with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
